FAQ
⋄ What do I need to start?
I will provide weights, resistance bands, balance ball and I will need you to provide:
1. A space in your home/office that is large enough to comfortably lie- down and do a snow-angel (weather permitting we can go outside)
2. Work out mat (yoga mat)
⋄ Why do I need to commit to two sessions?
The first session is focussed entirely on gathering all of the info I need to provide you with the best assessment possible. Our second session is for me to give you the program design I created off of your assessment. Therefore subsequent sessions are for fitness technique and one-on-one assistance/ motivation as you progress through your program. Which can be done through purchasing packages or session-by-session.
⋄ Why focus exclusively on women?
Women are looking for a wholistic approach to personal training. We know that you can't compartmentalize working out, eating well, getting enough sleep, life stresses and all of the other things life throws at you. And not to mention all of the cycles our body goes through in a lifetime such as pregnancy, post-pregnancy, menopause, etc., etc.. But please be clear that even though I take all of this into consideration it does not mean that I don't work you hard and push you to accomplish your goals. My goal is to help women see their potential and reach the goals they have set for themselves.
